Nos services de conservation-restauration s’adressent à toutes les clientèles, qu’elles soient publiques ou privées. Les traitements peuvent être effectués là où se trouve l’œuvre concernée, sur place (in situ) lorsqu’il s’agit d’un chantier, ou encore à notre atelier. Au Canada nous desservons les provinces de Québec et d’Ontario et parfois, nous effectuons certains mandats à l’international.
Vous pouvez acheminer votre demande de service, par courriel à l’adresse contact@atelier-du-patrimoine.ca ou encore par téléphone au 514.884.7280 en spécifiant vos coordonnées.
Vous devez de plus nous fournir un minimum d’informations sur la nature de votre demande et l’œuvre à laquelle elle s’applique : son lieu de conservation, une description de son état actuel, ses dimensions et, si disponibles, le nom de l’artiste, le titre de l’œuvre, sa date de création, ainsi que son numéro d’inventaire, le cas échéant.
Merci de joindre à votre envoi quelques photographies (recto/verso) de l’œuvre, de bonne résolution afin de nous permettre de zoomer sur les détails. Nous effectuons toujours un suivi très rapide des demandes reçues.

Our conservation-restoration services apply to all customers whether public or private. The treatments can be carried out where the work in question is located, on site (in situ) when it comes to a construction site, or even at our workshop. In Canada, we serve the provinces of Quebec and Ontario and sometimes we carry out certain mandates internationally.
You can send your service request by email to contact@atelier-du-patrimoine.ca or by phone at 514.884.7280, specifying your contact information. You must also provide us with a minimum of information on the nature of your request and the work to which it applies: its conservation site, a description of its current state, its dimensions and, if available, the name of the artist, the title of the work, its date of creation, as well as its inventory number, if applicable.
Please attach to your submission some photographs (front/back) of the work, of high resolution in order to allow us to zoom in on the details. We will reach out to you as soon as possible.
